Create scenes and update them deliberately
Open Creative tools → Scenes / Show cues. Finish a sign, give it a clear name and save it as a scene. Repeat with the next design, up to 12 scenes. Use a name such as “Doors open” or “Break” so the cue is obvious during a show.
To update an existing scene, show it, edit the sign and choose Replace with this sign. Editing the preview does not silently overwrite every stored scene. Reorder scenes before starting a playlist and check each one on the intended display.
Separate duration from eligibility
Display duration controls how long a scene plays before the next one. Day and start/end rules control when a scene is eligible if scheduled playback is enabled. Choose the schedule time zone for the shop or event.
Blank start/end values allow the whole selected day. Overnight intervals use the starting day: a Friday 22:00–02:00 slot continues into early Saturday. When no scene matches, the app displays a break message instead of continuing an expired offer.
Manual cues and browser limits
Use Previous scene or Next scene, or the [ and ] shortcuts. A manual cue stops automatic playback. Shortcuts do not run while you type or while a dialog is open.
Keep the page and device open. The browser or OS can suspend timers during sleep or lock. Playback recalculates the eligible scene when it resumes; it is not a cloud service running the physical screen for you. Back up the project before moving it to a different display device.
